Orange County has a weird affect upon many people. ;)
In jump school we heard that a lot. Hubba hubba!! meaning get your butts in gear. Hurry up! It was also used when appreciating a good-looking woman, but was a result of hearing it from the cadre. It became a common term for several things. I don't know where the jump school cadre got it. v
