The Chance to Stop a Mass Murderer

Ok folks, the topic was raised again during my lunch hour. You have the chance to stop Hitler/Pol Pot/Saddam Hussein/Stalin etc from coming to power. You can change history if you are willing and able.

Here are the terms. You are transported back in time to their childhood. They are 5 years-old. The only way that you can prevent them from growing up to be a monster is to kill them.
