'Miraculous' Statue Washes Up in Texas Rio Grande

I am not trying to piss anyone off but, this doesn't strike me as a miracle. What would they have done if a statue of Homer Simpson washed on shore.

I know this is probably obvious, but people are desperate to find something to believe in. Even a man-made miracle is enough for some people.
