Do You Live Your Dreams

My question dear reader is this, Do you live your dreams or dream your life?

Loaded question. I can't say I live my dream life, because then there's nothing left to dream for.

But I'm (t'anks Gd) on the track. To me-my dream life is being part of a loving relationship of wife/mother and doing things I enjoy.

I'm working every day on the first part of my dream, and trying to do the second part of my dream every day.

Wow, I think this is the most serious comment that I have ever written

Live the dreams. Life is too short to live all of them, and some of them regretfully get left aside...but life is worth living and if the dreams are worthwhile, they are worth pursuing. "A man's reach should exceed his grasp, or what's a heaven for?"

I love this question. I strive to live my dreams, and sometimes I even accomplish it.

If I lived my actual dreams (while sleeping), I'd be in jail right now.

I've always dreamed of living in Israel, and after many years, I'm here. As our friend Jameel would say "livin' the dream". The dream is sometimes not exactly how I dreamed it would be, but overall I am glad and proud that I achieved a lifelong dream.

I don't have the means to live the life I dream, so I spend a lot of time dreaming. Next best thing, I guess.
I hope that doesn't sound pitiful, my life is fine, just not the one I dream.

EOW,

It sounds like you're on your way.

Aliyah,

Browning is/was right. I believe in stretching to achieve one's dreams.

Shoshana,

I think that the moment we let our dreams die is the moment we lose a very important part of ourselves.

Bacon,

Give it a moment, you still might find yourself in the pokey. ;)

Diane,

Then you are quite fortunate. That is cool.

Baila,

You're very lucky. To have such an achievement is worthwhile.

Wink,

One needs to dream, always.

EOW,

I didn't...
