Um, with my limited Hebrew, all I can figure out is that something or other can and should be done "freely" in that room, and later something will be checked.
Or something like that.
I'm kind of scared to find out what it really means.
Miriam, the translation is as follows:
"In this room it is permitted (and desired) to release gasses (burps and farts) FREELY. The releasing of gasses provides relief to the stomach pains that appear after examination".
I think my sons need one of these for the TV room. Gives new meaning to the idea of a "smoking corner", doesn't it?
