Ouch. That hurts! I never could do that.
I suspect she is not only very practiced but also has Ehlers Danlos syndrome, because her joint flexibility is beyond normal limits.The problem is EDS effects all tissues and can cause heart attacks. Being too flexible can be a bad thing.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ehlers-Danlos_syndrome
