Perfect Pushups

If you click here you can see my latest purchase. I have had them for a couple of weeks. They work beautifully.

The goal is to get to a point where I can do a 100 a night. It is not out of the question. When I was younger I used to do 6 sets of 25 each day. Three in the morning and three in the evening. It has been a while since those days.

But I figure that within three months I can be back there. Once I hit the mark the plan is to keep it up for the rest of my life.

Ok, it is time to try and get some shut eye. More can be found on that in the post below this one.

Can you carry glass with them, too? That would make them doubly useful.

What do you think of them thus far- worth the investment? I see the ads all the time on Fox Soccer Channel, and wonder about buying.mys

Sarah,

They work.

Mark,

Not only can you carry glass but you can use them to scale the side of a building, a la Batman and Robin.

Lachlan,

I love them. For me they were well worth the investment. I haven't any problem recommending them to anyone.

With all this praise, I purchased a pair that will arrive on Wednesday.

I look forward to hearing what you think of them.

I must have been out of my mind to order those things. Maybe I thought they made push ups easier or something. They do not. It's still an onerous task. If you can do 100 a day that is very impressive indeed. I am up to 10 that is two sets of five. I will attempt one more set of five. I have a long way to go.

I am a long way from 100. Right now I am working on 2 sets of ten in the morning and evening. Slowly but surely building my way back.
