Wondering the same thing myself about the ecosystem.
Beats me.
I know my level hasn't changed in ages, but I thought I was just in a groove (or rut, if you're a pessimist).
I try not to be annoyed cuz it is free after all, but it is way out of date and, in my case, totally inaccurate as to incoming links.
