the comments of course!
it's nice to know who has visited and what they have to say :)
A mode of Free Speech, and the comments are interesting and entertaining.
How many blogs have you run across that are by common everyday people in, say, IRAN?
That's why.
i love the writing and the comments...but even more i love the contacts i have made with other bloggers...amazing...my take is that it's the bloggers who are the real journalists of our times...the people on the news are too busy making news rather than reporting it...so thumbs up bloggers...okay jack...so what do you like best about YOUR blog??? stay safe and a sweet new year
I like my motto and the photo on the top of the blog. I also love writing and researching it each day.
I like the fact that I'm actually still doing it after 2 1/2 years...
Hmmm, that's a good question. Not sure if I have A favorite part....
OH WAIT! My favorite part is that I met my boyfriend via my blog! It's been about 5 months since we met now.
That's a pretty good reason to like it :)
That people actually read what I write! I guess it's true, there's one born every minute.
Right now, I'm just taking in the fact that I have a blog, and that when I feel like writing, I can do that. (Which is weird, because of course I could write without a blog, but it's not same somehow.) Sort of like if you want to call someone on the phone but it's late at night and you don't want to wake anyone up. So you blog instead.
I like the writing and interacting with those who leave comments. Plus, I have a place to show my photos.
I love the surprises that it offers. Every time, it's something new. Someone unexpected comes along. Some interesting thought suddenly comes out, either mine or one of the commenters'. Occasionally, the most unusual people drop by.
Sarah,
Makes sense to me.
Jim,
Well said.
Marallyn,
I like the interaction with people I might not ever encounter.
Rhea,
That is great.
Eliesheva,
That is impressive. Far too many blogs die just months after they start.
Tamara,
A boyfriend. That sounds like a pretty good return on your time. :)
PT,
Count me in as one of those suckers. ;)
Miriam,
It is nice to see you hanging round these parts again. It has been while.
Sea,
Absolutely.
Irina,
I like that surprise aspect too.
The email letters I get from my blog's readers. The comments are nice, but some of the letters I've received were really touching.
Shana Tova!
The best part is opening up your own blog and seeing who has updated their blog via the blogroll.
Jack's almost always appears as updated.
