Formatting Issues

Well something I tried to do to this blog didn't agree with it and now it appears that many if not all of my posts have lost some of their formatting. Paragraphs have disappeared and all you see are chunks of text.

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am working on a fix that I hope will take care of this but I am not sure that it will work. I dread the idea of having to go through and do it all by hand. ARGGGGHH!

Blogger once ate a posting of mine that I worked 3 hours on. I clicked "publish"...it then said "Please log in to continue" so I logged in and everything that I had written went up in smoke.

ARG! What can be worse than 3 hours in a post, and then it self destructs?!

Hope it works out that you don't have to manually fix each one yourself... i just hate cranky bloggers! ;)

I've chucked really good posts that I lost trying to publish. It's hard to complain about a free host, though...

You are a braver man than I..

I have strange characters littering my post archives after a software change.. I can't say I'm going anywhere let alone back to fix them! Fingers crossed that your hoped for fix magically clears that all up.

Jack:

Try changing just the left (main message pane) down in size. That should ensure the right column (your menu column) back up to where it should be.

The problem might be your left column and right column width are too wide for the maximum allowed for the template you are using.

I ran into that situation a while back with my own blog. So did Bill on Art of the Rant.

Remove the "YouTube" video and see if it clears up.

If you post a pic, video or anything that is wider than the alloted space for you post it will kick you sidebar to the bottom.
