Dear Jack, Why do you insist on fishing for compliments? -Joe

Dear Joe, I enjoy fishing. In a couple of weeks I am going on a trip to go after the Mighty Gefilte, king of all fish. As you probably know the Mighty Gefilte is among the largest and most dangerous fish to hunt. They are big, mean and nasty and they spit shmaltz. Remember that scene in Ghostbusters in which Bill Murray is “slimed?” Well they got their inspiration from a fishing trip the director went on.

Dear Jack, What do you think of March Madness? -Tim

Tim, you have clearly confused me with
Shifra.

Jack, We have heard your voice. Now when will you post some pictures of yourself? -Kim

Kim, There must be at least a dozen pictures of me on the blog. Dig through the archives. In the interim imagine someone tall, dark and handsome. That is not me.

When I was 5, I begged my parents to take me fishing so I could fish for the Gefilte.

In fact, I used to spend hours outside "fishing" off of our back deck in search of the elusive loaf.

Jack has hilarious Purim parodies. And an audio blog parody too...no one comes even close to that.

Would Shola ever be interested in guest posting on your blog, or commenting here? He could be a real celebrity.

Have you ever tried gefilte chicken? It won't get you as many compliments of course, but it's not bad.

Robbie,

The question is did the big brother do the right thing and lead you on a wild goose chase.

Jameel,

You tell him.

Gavriel,

I'll see if Shola is interested in a guest role and get back to you.
