It depends who's commenting... it only will send Blogger comments to your email; otherwise, you're on your own. (Quite annoying actually!)
That is a programming glitch.
Right - really annoys me... you'd think it could pick up every comment!
I get all the coments sent to me, whether they be blogger users or not.
