Within the last hour I was notified that my blogger name is a euphemism for a sexual activity. Now the anonymous emailer thinks that they have gotten me with this, that this news is some kind of zinger.
It really isn't because the truth is that I can write about anything and everything here. At one time or another I probably have, including the story of when a bear interrupted my girlfriend and I. So I wasn't bothered or embarrassed by their antics.
No, what threw me was that I had never heard this term before, hadn't seen it used at all. I went digging tonight and through the magic of technorati found a few examples. I chuckled for a moment as I tried to consider how to explain to my wife just what it was that I was looking at and why, but in the name of science I went ahead and looked.
And might I add that while I appreciate a beautiful woman as much as the next guy (maybe more) I grow tired of staring at people that are inaccessible. It is too much of a tease. Of course there are the fantasies of this and that, just ask Neil about the post on Menage aTrois which is among the only things I thank the French for.
Speaking of the French, I want to know how they were given credit for "French Kissing." I have hard time believing that people were not sticking their tongues elsewhere for thousands of years. Do you really believe that the Greeks or Romans didn't do this. Although I have to admit that it sounds kind on strange to say I love Hittite Kissing my wife.
Hmm....
And while we are sashaying down prurient lane I wonder out loud whatever happened to my friend Ted. He swore that if he ever had a daughter he would name her Kama Sutra. I haven't seen him since 1983, wonder where he is today.
Ok, it is time to hit the hay, or at least go ask Trep/David/Bogey if Photo Friday is up yet. Maybe Mike knows.
