" TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Gov. Jeb Bush said Friday that a prosecutor has agreed to investigate why Terri Schiavo collapsed 15 years ago, citing an alleged gap in time from when her husband found her and called 911.
In a letter faxed to Pinellas-Pasco County State Attorney Bernie McCabe, Bush said Michael Schiavo testified in a 1992 medical malpractice trial that he found his wife collapsed at 5 a.m. on Feb. 25, 1990, and he said in a 2003 television interview that he found her about 4:30 a.m. He called 911 at 5:40 a.m.

"Between 40 and 70 minutes elapsed before the call was made, and I am aware of no explanation for the delay," Bush wrote. "In light of this new information, I urge you to take a fresh look at this case without any preconceptions as to the outcome."
This is just ridiculous. This is pure partisan pandering and petulant behavior on his part, especially in light of the autopsy that proved that she would never have recovered or improved whatsoever.
Give both sides some peace and the opportunity to try and heal.

What else should we expect from a petty and vindictive man, who is just like his brother.
And the autopsy showed that she was strangled or abused before her fall.
I thought that the autopsy showed that this had not happened.
You're right Jack...the autopsy DID show this.
I find it quite hypocritical and actually slightly typical (which is sad) coming from a party line which says that wasteful cases back up court dockets. If this isn't wasteful, I don't know what is. I hope MIke Schiavo sues them right back for harassment.
