Microsoft Clears Space for Bloggers

"While the service is a nice idea, it's unlikely to shake anything up. "Very few people are engaged in writing Web logs," said Michael Gartenberg of Jupiter Media. "You have to wonder how much this is going to bring to the table in the end. More serious bloggers are probably going to use tools that are more sophisticated."

I am happy to see more competition. It is good for us as it forces the players to improve the tools we have for blogging.

Jack- I hate to tell you this but I think Blogger hates you. This afternoon I was unable to post comments on your Blog. But, all other Blogs on Blogger were up and running with no problem posting comments to them. Perhaps you are on a bad part of their hard drive.

Microsoft? I would rather stay with Blogger. Microsoft will find a way to make make the product work worse than Blogger.

Still Driving Traffic

Still one of the most popular posts on the blog.
