Hi folks,
I was curious to get your thoughts on what the best webtracking software is. I am interested in learning about who comes to my blog, what they do here, where they come from, how long they stay and if they are right or left handed.
None of this is for anything other than my own curiousity. What do you think of Site meter versus other programs?

I use BlogPatrol. They have a nice layout. But, the Graph is only for 10 days. They only collect information for the last 25 visitors. They do count each visitor only once per day- So your counts will be lower than at sitemeter. I use both Blogpatrol and Sitemeter and would also like to find other good free tracking software.
I use sitemeter. I don't have any experience with any other because I have only used sitemeter. Things I don't like are: It will only track how long someone is on if they look at more than one page, it only tells what time zone your visitor is from (not really "where" they are from), and unless you know the IP address of your visitor, it is difficult to tell who it is. In the beginning of my blog, I could pretty much guess who everyone was (all 3 readers!) but it is more difficult now because I get a fair amount of hits. Unless someone leaves a comment, I don't really know who is visiting.
By the way, I am right handed. :-)
It is fascinating to me to see all this and to think of how many people we can interact with.
I use blog patrol. I couldnt get sitemeter to work correctly (I think I was just being stupid) Anyway. I like it.
PS. I am left handed :) (always in my right mind)
