The Russians are continuing to move in what I call a predictable fashion. Today one of their top generals announced that the military will strike "terrorist bases in any region of the world.
This in line with the prediction that we will continue to see more declarations of cooperation between Russia and Israel to work together in fighting terror.
In the near future I still expect to see a similar agreement between Russia and the US. The Cold War is truly over.
