Hi Folks,
Some of you have probably noticed that the mother of all posts, the two-part end of 2005 recap has been removed from the blog. I didn't want to pull it but unfortunately all of those links were causing a number of issues so I took those two posts down.
However I didn't want to lose everything so I created a new blog that I am using to house those two posts. If you are interested you can find it here.
Part of the reason I constructed the recap was so that I could go back and take a look at the various things/issues that were of interest/important to me. Now mind you I know that I could just as easily do that by reviewing the archives but you don't get the same sense of things as you do from having a global perspective.
I also want to thank those of you who commented on the posts. I appreciate your kind words and sentiments.
So off we go into 2006 on the fabulous blog highway. I look forward to sharing the journey with you.

Man, that was a recap. Now I know why you wanted your money back from me.
It was actually a lot of fun to look back at things and see where I have been as well as to guess about where I am going.
Wow, Jack, that's some list. That list alone is more worthy than some people's posts out there in blog land. That was a neat idea to start a "memory file" -- bet the idea will catch on among others.
Happy blogging in 2006! And happy everything else to you and your family in 2006!
Jack: I really like that idea of a separate blog for old entries...it's a great way to give people an opportunity to read things they may have not had a chance to yet read, but not distract from new writings.
Happy New Year to you and your family.
Hi Randi/Pearl
All the best to you and yours too.
Looking forward to a prolific 2006 from you!
